Even within our own industry, it is not unusual for people to wonder, what exactly does Craig's Crew do?
Simply put, we are the company you call when you need that extra level of event support, management, or staffing and you need it quick! It's what we call "Crisis Event Management."

So what separates us from your "normal" staffing agency? A combined 25-year-plus history of planning events and being trained by the best in the industry. It's this proficiency that allows us to walk into any event as if it were our own and execute it professionally and flawlessly on your behalf.
We are the extension of you when you can’t be everywhere at once, and we give you the confidence that it’s being handled the way it needs to be with little direction and no hand-holding. And when we are there, we are there as you -- not as Craig's Crew.
We also manage events from the inside out, which means that we really do pay attention to things like the location of the bathrooms, traffic patterns, and where to set up the scullery. We will ask to speak to your chef and to see your menu in order to maintain the proper chain of command. We may even ask to see a copy of your rental list so that the integrity of your event is maintained on the very basic of levels.
When it comes to providing event staff, we understand that the success of execution is dependent upon the quality of the people we provide. That's why we don't do web-based or "cattle call" hiring. All of our staff come to us by referral only, from seasoned and experienced people who are already part of the Craig's Crew Family. They have management capabilities and know how work together with your team to give you the best possible service and ensure your event runs seamlessly.
So on the surface, Craig's Crew may seem like a simple staffing agency with a few DJ’s thrown in. In reality we provide stability and framework for every event we do, regardless of who owns the contract.
